Group Hypnobirthing Australia Classes
(Online and Physical )
These intimate classes (capped at six couples) focus on teaching you and your birth partner how to have a positive birth experience where you feel like your in the drivers seat.  The classes give you tools to release fear and trauma surrounding birth and inspire couples to feel positive about birth and excited to bring your baby into this world. 

Together we will go through four modules (listed below) which will outline the anatomy and physiology of birth , birth hormones and what they do, ways to create and maintain a positive mindset no matter the circumstances, techniques for releasing fear and trauma, introduce self hypnosis, introduce breath work, introduce visualisation and anchoring techniques (smells, touch or sound that anchor you to a positive feeling) and teach your support person to be the most incredible partner based on your needs!

The course duration is 10-12 hours and will run over a zoom video conference  (physical classes will hopefully resume soon)
& it includes a bonus one hour private online session with me.

 The group class course investment is $500 per couple (including GST) for webinar or face-face classes.
 A $150 non- refundable deposit is required to secure your place and full payment is due 7 days before course commencement.
